Returns arrive at our warehouse
Your customers return locally (InPost, DPD, or courier). We receive and log every parcel within 24 hours. You get a notification for each batch.
We inspect, photograph and grade every item
Each item is photographed (5 shots) and graded: A (as new), B (minor defect), C (damaged), D (dispose). You receive a full digital report with photos — no guesswork.
You choose. We execute.
Tell us what to do with each grade: ship it back, store it in our warehouse, or list it on auction (Allegro, eBay, OLX). We handle everything. Monthly payout for sold items.
